The successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:
Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour, ideally within a SEND setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
A passion for supporting children to achieve their potential
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
