We’re looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our newly re-purposed children’s residential home. This is your chance to design and manage a specialist service, providing a safe and nurturing environment for a small group of children to thrive.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding care, ensuring every child achieves positive outcomes.
* Lead and inspire your team, creating a therapeutic and supportive culture.
* Manage the home’s daily operations, including service planning and development.
* Oversee budgets and financial performance.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
* Collaborate with professionals to develop tailored care plans for each child.
Qualifications:
*
* Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children’s legislation.
* Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Experience managing budgets effectively.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to work on-call when required.
