We're looking for someone with hands-on eFront experience. You'll understand how the platform supports alternative investment operations across fund and portfolio management, investor onboarding, KYC, compliance and reporting. If you've configured, supported or administered eFront in a private equity, venture capital, infrastructure or wider alternative investments environment, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a long-term onsite contract offering stability, meaningful work and the opportunity to influence systems that support complex investment operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Gather, challenge and prioritise business requirements with key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Assess change requests, identify impacts and recommend practical solutions.
- Act as the bridge between business users, architects, data governance teams and delivery partners.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Support end users, deliver eFront training and maintain documentation.
- Work alongside developers on migrations, data quality initiatives and business improvement projects.
What you'll bring:
- At least five years' Business Analysis experience within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Private Equity and hands-on experience with the eFront platform.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and supporting application testing.
- You'll also have:
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Visio.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- BA certification would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of alternative investment fund operations, including organisations such as the European Investment Fund (EIF), would be beneficial.
Contract details:
€450 per day.
320-day contract.
Start: 1 September 2026.
End: 31 December 2027.
Fully onsite in Luxembourg.
