We are looking for a skilled and reliable Social Housing Plumber to join our growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance.
Diagnose and repair faults on domestic plumbing systems.
Install, repair, and replace pipework, sanitary ware, taps, toilets, sinks, and showers.
Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Accurately complete job reports and required documentation.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
Deliver professional and courteous customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
Proven experience working in domestic plumbing.
Experience within social housing, maintenance, or repairs is desirable.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
