Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Middleton, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Operative to join their team. The company specialises in the production of a diverse range of products serving various markets. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and contributing to the production of high-quality goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Feed raw materials into production machinery

- Perform packing tasks and prepare finished goods for shipment

- Operate production machinery, including the use of lifting equipment

- Conduct quality assurance and testing checks

- Assemble, pack, and label finished products

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with production machinery

- Ideally, experience in the plastics industry (though not essential)

- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis (05:40 - 13:40 and 13:20 - 21:20 rotating weekly)

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional products to a diverse clientele.
