Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit Construction Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support its growing workload in Preston.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a small, collaborative team delivering industrial and residential projects across the North West of England.

Working closely with the senior members, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in the delivery of both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services, gaining exposure to projects from inception through to completion. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor may also have the opportunity to support Employer's Agent duties, ensuring contractual obligations are met throughout the project life cycle.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Working towards APC completion
Previous experience within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
Employer's Agent experience is ideal but not essential
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Enjoys working within a small, collaborative team
Able to commute to PrestonIn Return

£35,000 - £45,000
25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
