This role would suit an established Registered Manager or an ambitious Care Manager / Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

With dedicated support from an in-house Recruitment & Training Coordinator and an experienced Trainer, you’ll have the time and resources to lead the service, develop your team and continue driving quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.
* Lead the day-to-day management of a high-quality domiciliary care service.
* Maintain and improve CQC compliance, quality standards and governance.
* Lead audits, spot checks, service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and review person-centred care plans, assessments and risk assessments.
* Provide leadership, coaching and support to office and care teams.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
* Ensure safe and effective allocation of care packages.
* Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing high-performing teams.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection standards.
* Experience leading quality assurance and compliance.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
