We are seeking to appoint a committed, adaptable, and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to join our dedicated team in Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who enjoys working across a range of subjects and is passionate about ensuring all students receive high-quality learning experiences.

The successful candidate will provide planned lesson cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement while supporting students to make excellent progress.

The Role

You will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of curriculum areas.
Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons.
Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents where appropriate.
Contribute to the wider life of the school.Requirements:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching secondary-aged students (KS3 and KS4).
Is flexible, resilient, and confident teaching across different subject areas.
Has excellent classroom management skills.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.
