Job Responsibilities

Assist with essential housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well-maintained service environment.

Welcome and support individuals accessing the service, providing guidance and practical assistance.

Deliver structured, outcome-focused support to help clients achieve positive life changes.

Assist clients with daily activities, wellbeing, and personal development initiatives.

Perform reception and administrative duties to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Encourage and motivate clients to build confidence, stability, and independence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in social care or housing support is essential.

Strong communication skills, friendly and approachable with clients.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Reliable organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Relevant qualifications in social care or housing-related fields are advantageous.

DBS check on the Update Service is highly beneficial.

Availability to work standard daytime hours within a structured rota.

Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
