FLT Counterbalance Driver

Counter Balance / Side Loader Driver

Unity Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with our client who is looking for an FLT Counter Balance / Side Loader Driver for their site based in Cross Green Industrial Estate. You must have a full-in date Counter Balance or Side Loader Licence

Responsibilities:-

• Must have Counterbalance FLT - (desirable for Side loader but will be trained in house if necessary)
• Will be part of a 2/3 man team, roles include;
• Machine Operating, loading the machine with material, offloading finished product and sorting into different plots
• Picking
• Packing
• Unloading of raw materials
• Loading of finished jobs and picked pallets
• Movement of products around site in side loader
• Liaising with Production Manager to ensure targets are being hit.
• Using own initiative, managing own work load.
• Attention to detail ensure quality standard is met.
• Excellent housekeeping ensure the work area is always clean and tidy free of any hazards.
• Filling out relevant paperwork

Person profile:
• Must have a valid in-date licence
• Good communication, numeracy and literacy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment at times

Hours of work:-
6.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

For the right candidate you will be offered a permanent role after just 6 weeks!

£12.94 per hour
