An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a thriving multidisciplinary consultancy delivering some of the North East's most significant education projects.

You'll lead high-value developments across the education and local authority sectors, including a programme of 15 new build schools and a landmark £70m college scheme, while mentoring junior colleagues and helping grow a successful regional team.

Responsibilities:

Lead major education and public sector construction projects

Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams

Act as trusted adviser to clients

Control programme, budget and risk

Mentor junior Project Managers

Support business growth and client development

About you:

Proven Project Management experience within consultancy (preferred) or a contractor environment

Education sector experience preferred

Department for Education (DfE) framework/project experience highly desirable

Strong commercial awareness

Chartered (or working towards) APM, RICS or CIOB

Package:

£60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
