Your responsibilities as Trainee Technical Account Manager
Act as the link between customers and site teams to ensure technical and food safety requirements are effectively delivered
Support customer meetings, technical reviews, factory visits and audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Assist with product launches by working alongside New Product Development on food safety requirements
Review product specifications, packaging artwork and quality documentation for legal compliance and accuracy
Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement activities across the site
Carry out product assessments to ensure manufacturing standards are consistently achieved
What we're looking for in a Trainee Technical Account Manager
Higher education qualification in Food Science, Science or a related discipline
Understanding of food manufacturing, food safety and retailer technical requirements
Experience reviewing specifications, legal labelling or quality documentation
Ability to manage multiple technical projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Full UK Driving Licence
Working hours
Monday-Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
