We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong M&E background to join a major data centre project in South Wales.
Working for a leading main contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring all mechanical and electrical installations are delivered to the highest quality standards, supporting project teams through inspection, testing, commissioning and handover phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage project quality plans and inspection test plans (ITPs)
• Carry out quality inspections and audits across M&E installations
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, client requirements and industry standards
• Review quality documentation, commissioning records and handover packs
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors and commissioning teams
• Identify non-conformances and manage corrective actions through to close out
• Support quality reporting and client-facing quality meetings
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior QA/QC professional
• Strong M&E background with data centre, mission critical, pharmaceutical or large-scale industrial project experience
• Excellent understanding of commissioning and quality assurance processes
• Experience managing quality documentation and inspection records
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• CSCS Card and relevant industry qualifications
