Are you a passionate Food Technology Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?
PK Education are currently recruiting for a Food Technology Teacher to join a specialist SEN school supporting students
with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a rewarding but challenging role, ideal for a teacher who is patient, resilient and passionate about helping young people
overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will use Food Technology to engage students, build confidence and develop
practical life skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching Food Technology within a secondary setting.
Be confident supporting students with SEMH, SEND and behavioural needs.
Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Be creative, adaptable and able to engage students with a range of learning needs.
The role offers:
A full-time position starting in September.
The opportunity to work within a supportive specialist SEN environment.
The chance to make a positive impact on students’ confidence, independence and progress.
A rewarding role where practical learning can help students develop valuable skills.
