Inbound Sales Advisor
Red Recruitment is recruiting Temporary Inbound Sales Advisors to join our client, a well-established and growing business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting customer relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous customer service, sales or contact centre experience who enjoy speaking with customers, identifying opportunities and delivering an outstanding service.
This is a temporary position with potential for temp-to-perm depending on business requirements.
Benefits and Package for an Inbound Sales Advisor:
Salary: £26,388 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: Monday 3rd August 2026
Location: Avonmouth

Key Responsibilities of an Inbound Sales Advisor:
Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and processing orders accurately
Providing excellent customer service while identifying customers' needs
Upselling and cross-selling products where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities
Building strong relationships with customers through engaging conversations
Promoting current offers and product promotions
Following up on quotations and converting opportunities into sales
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
Working towards sales, quality and productivity targets
Attending regular product training sessions to develop product knowledge
Key Skills and Experience of an Inbound Sales Advisor:
Previous experience within a customer service, sales, telesales or contact centre environment is essential
A confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities is desirable
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Able to work towards individual and team targets
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
