The Role
SEN Teaching Assistant
Full-time | Monday-Friday
Long-term position

Competitive daily rate
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Support learning inside and outside the classroom.
Implement strategies from EHCPs where appropriate.
Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience supporting children with SEN.
Experience supporting needs such as Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language or other additional needs is desirable.
Calm, patient and resilient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about helping every child succeed.
