Energy Modeller
Bristol (Hybrid)
A well-established consultancy with over 20 years of experience across the commercial, technical, and operational aspects of construction and energy efficiency is looking to appoint an Energy Modeller to join its growing team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a diverse range of projects, supporting clients in delivering energy-efficient, sustainable buildings. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality energy models, EPCs, and building performance assessments while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
The Energy Modeller will be responsible for delivering energy modelling and building performance assessments across a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and helping clients achieve their sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Produce energy models using IES-VE software.
Deliver EPCs and building performance assessments.
Support clients with compliance and energy efficiency strategies.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard and within agreed timescales.
Keep up to date with changes to building regulations and energy performance standards.About the Candidate
Experience using IES-VE for building energy modelling.
Ideally qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or have demonstrable experience producing EPCs.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and energy performance requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage workload effectively and work both independently and within a teamWhat's on Offer
Hybrid working based in Bristol.
