Site Manager – Residential

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a residential development from groundworks to handover.

The Role

* Manage day-to-day site operations

* Coordinate and hold subcontractors to account

* Deliver on programme, quality, and health & safety

* Oversee the build from groundworks through to handover

What You'll Need

* Proven experience managing residential builds

* SMSTS and First Aid

* CSCS black card

* Strong knowledge of build programmes and sequencing
