The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with the Step Academy Trust. We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join Beddington Park Primary School on a full-time basis for the academic year, starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to become part of a welcoming, supportive school community that is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for a Year 2 class in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, providing appropriate challenge and intervention where needed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil achievement.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
Commitment to raising standards and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
