Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
Implement effective sales strategies to optimise revenue and profitability
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction as a Car Sales Manager
Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to closing sales
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback
Build and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policiesRequirements of a Car Sales Manager:

Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a senior automotive sales management role
Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer preferences
Full UK driving licence is essential
Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach
