Job role: Stock Condition Co-ordinator

Location: Leicester LE2

Contract Type: Temporary (Hybrid)

Pay rate: £13.65 an hour

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours 9am to 5pm (35 hours a week)

What You'll Do:
As a Stock Condition Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our housing stock is maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed inspections of properties to assess their condition.
Collecting and analysing data to inform decision-making processes.
Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
Maintaining accurate records and reports on property conditions.
Engaging with tenants and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Supporting the development of strategies for property improvements.What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience in housing or property management (preferred but not essential).
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
