Our client Reading borough council is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Major Adaptations team.
We are looking for someone who has:
Significant experience assessing for major adaptations.
Strong knowledge of adaptation pathways.
Experience writing detailed adaptation specifications and reports.
Excellent assessment, problem-solving and communication skills.
A person-centred approach with a focus on independence, choice and wellbeing.
HCPC registration and Occupational Therapy qualification.
