In line with our growth strategy, we are ready to appoint a Team Leader to join our already successful crew and support our SEN Manager, lead the SEN team.
This role would suit an experienced SEN Consultant who has a good working knowledge of the SEN Education Recruitment Sector. You could be an existing Team Leader or a Recruitment Consultant who has the drive and determination to support team members to do their best work. You will be working alongside an experienced SEN Manager and together to hit your team's targets, while ensuring out candidates and SEN school's receive the best possible customer service.

General Day to Day Team Management
