Our leading in-house client in Cumbria is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Manager, to work on a full-time, permanent basis, within their friendly and supportive team.

The Role:

Full-time, 3 days on site, 2 days remote
1 day per week Case Management
4 days strategic /management led work
Ownership of the Occupational Health, & Wellbeing service
Manage a clinical & non clinical OH team
Maintain relationships with external providers
Lead progress towards SEQOHS

Essential:

NMC Registered Nurse
A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
OH Qualification
OH Experience in a Senior / Lead positionThe successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
