We are looking for a temporary administrator to join our client on a temporary basis.

Paying £13.00 per hour and based in Bicester they are looking for someone to join their team and support the day to day running of the business. Working for a minimum of 4 weeks and potentially resulting in permanent position.

Duties:

* Answering calls and emails

* Data entry and maintaining records

* Processing paperwork, reports and incoming post

* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

* Handling customer and supplier enquiries

* Generate reports

* Liaise with suppliers

* Retaxing of vehicles and adhoc vehicle administration.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous administration experience

* Strong organisational skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Excellent communication skills

* Accurate data entry and attention to detail

* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

* Reliable and proactive approach
