CNC Turner

Mazco Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company in Rugby for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer, Setter and Operator to join their dedicated night shift team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a modern machine shop producing high-precision components across a range of industries, using Doosan Puma fixed head CNC lathes.

The Role

* Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines

* Working on Doosan Puma fixed head lathes

* Editing and proving out CNC programmes

* Manufacturing precision components to tight tolerances

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Inspecting your own work using standard measuring equipment

* Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity

Requirements

* Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes

* Experience with Doosan Puma machines is highly desirable

* Fixed head turning experience

* Ability to work from engineering drawings

* Strong understanding of precision engineering and tight tolerances

* Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
