The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Design: Oversee the detailing of custom, high-value architectural plans.

* Manage Consultants: Direct specialist external architects, interior designers, and structural engineers.

* Source Materials: Collaborate on selecting premium, sustainable, and cutting-edge materials.

* Ensure Quality: Maintain strict oversight to achieve flawless, luxury-grade construction finishes.

* Value Engineer: Optimize complex designs without compromising on aesthetic intent or luxury.

* Solve Problems: Resolve intricate technical challenges unique to bespoke, complex footprints.

* Navigate Planning: Manage sensitive planning conditions and building regulations for premium developments.
