We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project in Southampton, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of the site.

* Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.

* Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme.

* Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.

* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.

* Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

* Monitor quality and ensure all works meet required specifications.

* Keep accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.

* Valid SMSTS certificate.

* Valid CSCS card.

* First Aid at Work qualification.

* Enhanced DBS Check (essential).

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* Ability to start immediately.
