We are looking for a Lead Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Lead Electrician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Lead Electrician, will be responsible for:
* Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.
* Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.
* Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with site Health & Safety policies.
* Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.
* Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.
To be successful for this Lead Electrician role you must have:
* City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent electrical qualification
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ECS/ECC and IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
* Experience in Team Leading or Supervising in Facilities/Engineering.
* Strong experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work
* Full UK driving licence
