Female Domiciliary Care Worker

Holding a Driving License and having access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role!

Location: Covering the Lawrence Weston and Shirehampton area!

Contract: Zero hour contract

Salary: £13.45 an hour. Plus, 35p a mile between care calls and great company benefits.

Due to an increase in hours required, we are looking for a Care Workers to join our team!

About the Role:

Care Workers really make a difference to the lives or ourservice users, offering a highly personal service you will be helping to enable people to live as independently as possible, by providing the best standards of care and support.
Assisting with all elements of personal care, to ensureservice usersare supported in being as independent as possible in preparation for their day ahead
Assistingservice userswith getting washed and dressed, preparing meals
Prompting and assistance with taking medication
Light household tasks
Light Cleaning
Gardening if required and able to
Budgeting for finance
Taking then shopping
Day trips to the beach
Offering companionship and helping buildservice usersconfidence and independenceKey Criteria:
UK Driving License
Willingness to work alternative weekends
Empathy
Compassion
Caring
The ability to show dignity and respect to our service users
Due to the personal care needs and preferences of the individual we support, this role is open to female applicants only. This is in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.No previous experience is required; full training will be provided.
