Proofread and format documents to ensure they are professional, accurate and compliant.

Attend bid meetings, record actions and help track progress.

Support the creation of presentation materials for client meetings and interviews.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure information is received to agreed timescales.

Research clients, competitors and market trends to strengthen future submissions.

Participate in tender reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure submissions comply with company processes and quality standards.

Develop an understanding of the construction and M&E sectors, including procurement and tendering practices.

Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.
