Painter & Decorator

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Painter & Decorators to join our client's dynamic team based in Coventry. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality finishes on large-scale property refurbishment projects for a reputable private construction company. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that both interior and exterior surfaces are expertly prepared and decorated to meet the highest standards. The position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects, demonstrating your craftsmanship and attention to detail in every facet of painting and decorating, including gloss work, emulsion, and surface prep. A professional attitude, combined with a thorough understanding of the trade, will be key to your success in this role.

CSCS card is essential

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable

Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating – including gloss, emulsion, and prep work

Full painting toolkit required – brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls)

Proven track record with large property refurbishment projects

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
