Working alongside experienced teachers, you will support pupils across the school, helping to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and create a positive learning environment where every child can succeed.

Your Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential.
Assist with planning and preparing engaging learning resources.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil participation.
Support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree.
Has experience working with children, either in a school, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, mentoring, or a voluntary setting.
Can commit to working full-time, Monday to Friday.
Is enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about supporting young learners.
Is reliable, resilient, and eager to learn from experienced education professionals.
Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is organised, proactive, and able to adapt to the needs of a busy primary school environment.
Is considering a future career in teaching or education.
