What You'll Be Doing

✅ Supporting customers with personal care and daily living activities

✅ Encouraging independence, choice and wellbeing

✅ Helping people access community activities, appointments and hobbies

✅ Building positive relationships with customers, families and professionals

✅ Maintaining safe, comfortable and welcoming homes

✅ Completing records and contributing to support planning

✅ Working as part of a supportive team across a 24/7 rota

What We're Looking For

✔ A kind, compassionate and resilient approach

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep-in/overnight shifts

✔ A full UK manual driving licence (essential)

✔ Care experience is welcome but not essential - we provide training
