Manpower Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join an established and well-regarded restaurant in Chinnor, Oxfordshire.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance within a supportive kitchen team.
The ideal candidate would have own transport, due to location and have experience in a Michelin star or Rosette environment.
Role Details:
Salary: £34000 per annum + service charge (up to £3,000 per year)
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
No Monday working (restaurant closed)
Sunday: lunchtime service only
One additional evening off per week
Split shifts required
Flexibility needed for evenings, weekends, and mornings
On-site parking available
Live-in accommodation available for a small feeKey Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the Head Chef's standards
Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency and efficiency during service
Assist in the development of seasonal menus and new dishes
Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before service
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Minimise waste and support effective stock control
Ensure correct handling and storage of all food items
Support private dining and events when requiredAbout You:
