We are working on behalf of a prominent franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in Bridgend, South Wales, to recruit an experienced Motorcycle Service Advisor. This Motorcycle Service Advisor role offers a competitive package within a reputable dealership environment, with excellent prospects for career development and training.
Benefits:
Basic salary between £28,900 - £33,700 per annum, dependent on experience
22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Long-term career progression with one of the largest motorcycle dealer groups in the UK, operating for over 40 years
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Tuesday to SaturdayDuties of a Motorcycle Service Advisor:
Greet customers in the motorcycle Service Department and book their bikes in for repairs and servicing
Liaise effectively with workshop teams to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow
Advise customers on minor technical issues and recommend additional products or services
Keep customers informed of vehicle progress and take payments for completed work
Upsell services and products where appropriate as a Motorcycle Service Advisor
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed departmental targets and objectives
Support any vehicle or technical queries, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approachRequirements of a Motorcycle Service Advisor:
Genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorbike industry
Proven experience in a customer service role within automotive or a similar environment
Strong organisational skills and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to influence and advise customers confidently
A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential
