We have a new vacancy for a Sales Controller for my client’s site in Epsom. You’ll join a strong dealer group renowned for exceptional customer service and business growth, and you will oversee the sales team to consistently drive performance and exceed targets. We are seeking an outstanding Sales Controller with proven success.

Lead and inspire the sales team—providing motivation, coaching, and development—to deliver outstanding results
Conduct regular one to one meetings, manage vehicle part exchanges, and assist with second face customer interactions when needed
Ensure an excellent customer experience by overseeing Sales Executives and coordinating test drives effectivelyRequirements - Sales Controller

Proven experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales role in a main-dealer environment; high-performing sales executives looking to step up will also be considered.
FCA accreditation is essential.
