Site Manager

Site Manager – Totton, Southampton – School Fitout works - 6 weeks, then following work in Oct & Feb Half Terms - MUST have Enhanced DBS

Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a school fitout Project.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

*

Attending weekly meetings

*

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

*

Manage subcontractors on site

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate

*

MUST have Enhanced DBS (taken within the last 2 years)

*

MUST have previous school fitout/refurbishment experience in live environments
