As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing while working as part of friendly and supportive nursery teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
* Supporting children's development through engaging play-based activities.
* Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Observing and recording children's progress in line with the EYFS.
* Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
👶 What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
* At least 6 months' experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
* A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
✅ Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
* Right to work in the UK.
⭐ Desirable
* Paediatric First Aid qualification.
* Knowledge of the EYFS Framework.
