IT Infrastructure Coordinator-Contract role-Sweden
RED is looking for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator to support the onboarding of enterprise applications to standardized Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. The role involves coordinating with application teams, tracking onboarding activities, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring compliance with established security standards and project timelines.
The client is looking for someone to start in August 2026 and 3 days per week onsite travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with application teams to onboard applications to IAM and SSO solutions.
- Drive onboarding activities, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers are proactively managed.
- Track and maintain the end-to-end onboarding portfolio, monitoring progress and identifying delivery risks.
- Support application owners throughout the onboarding process and ensure adherence to security and authentication standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular project status reports highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key actions.
- Work in an Agile environment using Jira to manage tasks and project activities.
- Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and security principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
- Analytical, structured, and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
