Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and data requirements.
- Understand and define business data objects, entities, and relationships.
- Work closely with Enterprise Data Architects to support enterprise data modelling and architecture initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical data specifications.
- Support Data Lake, data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions.
- Produce documentation including data mappings, process flows, and requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst with a strong Data Engineering background.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data modelling, and data management principles.
- Hands-on experience working with Data Lakes and modern data platforms.
- Strong understanding of business data objects, data domains, and enterprise data structures.
- Experience beyond traditional KPI, reporting, and metrics design, with the ability to translate business concepts into enterprise data solutions.
- Experience working with data integration, transformation, and data engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex, global enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
- Consulting experience
- Exposure to data governance, metadata management, and master data management initiatives.
- Experience working alongside Enterprise Data Architects on large-scale transformation programmes.
