Permanent Role | Harlow / Hybrid | Up to £75,000
Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of technical FM services across the contract.
* Lead engineering teams and subcontractors.
* Oversee statutory compliance, budgets, and client relationships.
* Drive service improvements and operational performance.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Technical or Contract Management experience.
* Strong Hard FM and M&E background.
* Commercial awareness with P&L experience.
* Excellent client-facing skills
