The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual learning needs
Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes learning and emotional wellbeing
Build strong relationships with pupils, helping them develop confidence, resilience and independence
Use positive behaviour management strategies to support pupils with SEMH and additional needs
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team
Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and contribute to EHCP targets where appropriate
Help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within UK primary schools
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN, SEMH or additional needs
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Patient, resilient and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
