The Role - Assistant SENCO
Seeking an organised and dedicated Assistant SENCO to support pupils aged 11-18 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with the SENCO to coordinate SEND provision, support the implementation of EHCPs and ensure pupils receive the appropriate interventions to achieve positive outcomes. The role involves liaising with teachers, parents and external professionals, monitoring pupil progress, assisting with annual reviews, maintaining accurate SEND records and supporting staff with strategies to meet the needs of pupils with additional needs.
