As an SEN Class Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils' academic progress alongside their social and emotional development
* Implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and families
