Class 1 Drivers

We are looking for reliable and professional Class 1 (HGV) Drivers to join our team on an ad hoc basis support various clients across Wiltshire and Somerset. This role is ideal for experienced drivers seeking flexible work, with shifts available as and when required. We have both day and night shifts available.
You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Class 1 (Category C+E) vehicles.
* Complete deliveries and collections according to scheduled routes.
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
* Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
* Comply with all road transport legislation, tachograph regulations, and Working Time Directive requirements.
Requirements:
* Valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
* Valid Driver CPC qualification.
* Digital Tachograph Card.
* A good understanding of UK driving regulations and drivers' hours rules.
* Previous Class 1 driving experience.
* Be aged over 23 years due to insurance.
