Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: Leeds/Ferrybridge (100% office based)

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + benefits package

Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing group with a significant international presence and a reputation for operational excellence across its sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Planner to join their Supply Chain team based at their Ferrybridge facility.

Responsibilities

* Manage stock levels and replenishment activities across a broad portfolio of finished products

* Analyse inventory holdings and identify opportunities to optimise stock levels and availability

* Monitor back orders and support the resolution of supply issues

* Coordinate packaging and materials replenishment requirements to support production operations

* Manage supplier data and maintain accurate pricing and master data within ERP systems

* Support direct shipment processes and coordinate transportation requirements

* Monitor outstanding orders and proactively manage delivery schedules

* Coordinate import logistics activities and support relationships with third-party suppliers and warehouses

* Produce regular KPI reports and analysis to support business decision making

* Support wider supply chain and logistics activities as required across the team.

Requirements

* Previous experience within supply chain, planning, manufacturing, logistics or operations would be advantageous

* Graduates with a relevant degree and a strong interest in supply chain and manufacturing are encouraged to apply

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential

* Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous

* Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
