I’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a Water Treatment Trainer to support delivery across their programmes.

The role

Deliver water treatment training to apprentices and existing engineers
Teaching areas focused on reverse osmosis, filtration systems, water treatment processes and equipment
Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
Travel to client sites across the UK as required
Support learners through training, assessments and progression What they’re looking for

Strong background in water treatment (reverse osmosis, filtration, plant systems etc.)
Open to trainers or experienced engineers/technicians looking to move into training
Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting others beneficial
Teaching / assessing qualifications beneficial but not essential (can be supported)
Comfortable delivering to groups and representing the provider on client sites
Willingness to travel nationwide What’s on offer
