Bradford | Food Manufacturing | Panama Shift Pattern (2-2-3 Nights)

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or Team Leader looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
This is an opportunity to join a large-scale food manufacturing operation in Bradford, leading an engineering team on a permanent night shift pattern where you'll have real responsibility for improving reliability, developing people, and driving engineering standards across the site.
Working a Panama shift pattern (2-2-3), 18:00-06:00, you'll play a key role in keeping a highly automated production environment running efficiently, supporting your team, reducing downtime, and delivering continuous improvement.

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
Experience managing or developing engineering teams
A practical, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
The confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment
Knowledge of HACCP principles and food manufacturing standards (desirable)Next Steps
