With a diverse international footprint and a complex multi-entity structure, the business is investing heavily in strengthening its finance function and driving operational excellence. This role offers the chance to play a key part in that journey, helping shape the future of finance operations within a high-performing and evolving environment.

Your new role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead the EMEA finance operations function, taking ownership of end-to-end transactional finance, treasury and cash management activities across multiple entities and currencies.
This is far more than a traditional finance operations role. Alongside leading a high-performing team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, driving process improvement, strengthening controls and supporting a programme of transformation and change.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing teams across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
Managing cash flow, liquidity and treasury activities across multiple international entities.
Delivering meaningful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Monitoring foreign exchange exposure and supporting risk management activities.
Ensuring compliance with IFRS, internal controls and corporate policies.
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate activities and enhance reporting capabilities.
Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives.What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ICAS) with a strong background in finance operations within a complex international environment.

You will also demonstrate:

Experience operating within a multi-entity, multi-currency business.
Strong treasury, cash management and transactional finance expertise.
Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
The ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
A proactive approach to change, continuous improvement and transformation projects.
Previous SAP experience would be advantageous.What you'll get in return
